Infant Jesus of Prague Statue

Statue of the Infant Jesus of Prague. It depicts the young Jesus dressed in royal, papal-style robes: a richly patterned white and gold tunicle, a flowing red and gold patterned mantle, a large crown, and a jeweled chest cross. In this representation, his right hand is raised in a gesture of blessing, while his left hand holds an Imperial Orb topped with a cross, symbolizing his dominion over the world. The statue is mounted on a decorative golden pedestal.
